LinuxFest Northwest is a community-run conference celebrating free and open source software. The 2026 event, themed “Back to Root,” runs April 24–26 at Bellingham Technical College in Washington. The fest brings together developers, sysadmins, and open source enthusiasts for talks, workshops, and hallway track. HDI Service & Support World is the flagship event for the IT service and support ecosystem. The 2026 conference runs May 3–7 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The event brings together support leaders, technical support professionals, and service management practitioners for keynotes, sessions, and networking. Synapse Software will be there to meet teams focused on support automation, knowledge management, and integration with tools like Cherwell, ServiceNow, and Jira Service Management.
