New digs!
Yesterday morning, we signed a membership agreement and moved into 160 square feet of space above Epicentral Coworking, Colorado Springs' downtown coworking space. We're excited to be part of a community of entrepreneurs and freelancers that is as encouraging as they get. Our neighbors include Jeff Chapman of Pivotal Path (excellent resource for business consulting) and LocalSage, third place winners of this past spring's Go Code Colorado challenge (led by Spencer Norman of Collider Creative and Scooter Wadsworth).
As of this morning, we're fully moved in (though far from fully decorated). For us, this move signifies an important milestone: becoming more visible in the community and joining the ranks of other early stage startups and small business advocates who are quietly but steadily working to change (by example) the attitudes that Colorado Springs is solely a military- and tourism-driven economy.
What you can do
First and foremost, we need help decorating. Neither of us are interior designers/decorators, but we also don't see that as a bad thing. We want our space to reflect who we are as a company, to include what we've done and who we've worked with. If you're a current or former client (or would like to be one) and have stickers, decals, small posters, signs, or other small hangable items that you'd like to contribute to our walls, feel free to send it to us, at either our PO Box or our new downtown address.
You can also drop by and visit us. If you do, please pardon the dust; Epicentral is still building out some of the larger spaces in the front of the building for as-yet-undisclosed tenants. You can find us by going up the stairs in the center of the building, taking a right just before the rear stairs, and continuing to the first door down the hallway. Our door is usually open, unless we're in a meeting or on a call.
